Raiding Team

I wish I could explain the difficulty we're having keeping people right now... As we've seen, the minimum requirements for the Cataclysm Raid Bosses are not very flexible. So between having to let people go after weeks of them not being able to meet those requirements, and newer people who are meeting those requirements leaving, we can't seem to keep a solid raid together. As of last night, we are now down to 5, with a strong potential of a 6th if they are able to gear up quickly.

Tanks: Boman, Ronery
Healers: Helioz
DPS: Nezrathii, Nuelor, (Madgyxx pending gear)

So we really need 2 strong healers, and 2 ranged dps.

A few questions that I think we also need to answer:
1. Do you want to continue the group?
2. If yes, do you want to change the raid times? (Fri 6-9p; Sat 8a-12p; Mon 6-8p)
3. Or, do we want to consider transfer to another server with higher population/progression?

I don't think we can lower the requirements. So I can't see many other options. If we're going to continue we need more people. With our current schedule it's been extremely difficult to find people. I can't say if it's the schedule, or the lack of people. It's probably a combination of both.

I'm open to ideas - I think we're all getting very frustrated with the current state.

Finally making progress and we have so many problems afterwards. I would like to continue this group yes. Our raid times seem fairly good, most people should be off work, out of school, and awake. Moving servers is an option, not a very viable option as we'd have to find 5 strangers on a server where no one probably knows us but still viable.

yes want to keep going we may have sucky luck right now but im sure it will turn around eventually
