Ozmademos, Exsul

So... by proclamation here... The character known as "Ozmademos" is hereby under exile from DisturbedOnes until further notice.

The term 'Exsul' is given to those people who are under exile.

Interesting fact: "Exile" comes from the words "ex" (from) and "illium" (the old word for the nation of Troy); meaning the word "exile" has its root in the Trojan survivors who left the destroyed city. Not because they wanted to, but simply because the situation made it difficult or impossible to stay.

...and it incurs a nasty debuff as well.
